Inspector

Premier Home Inspection Services, LLC is in search of an experienced NH licensed home inspector. Key attributes should include:

  • Professional, reliable, presentable, and have an excellent driving record
  • Personable and articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel at critical thinking and problem solving
  • Motivated and have the ability to work independently and ethically with minimal supervision
  • Proficient computer and technology skills
  • Strong attention to detail

You should anticipate two-to-three hours driving each day (25-30,000 miles/year) and time at home on the computer writing reports after inspections. This is not your typical 9-5 job and sometimes it’s 5am-9pm during busy season. This is a commission-based position. Company vehicle, computer and some testing equipment is provided. You provide your own basic hand tools, camera, flashlight and ladder(s). There is a lot of responsibility and liability in this profession and perfection is an expectation.

The ideal candidate is someone that wants to be a home inspector but does not want the responsibility (and headaches) of running their own business. We have a full office staff to support the behind-the-scenes operations which allows you to do “inspector things” instead of answering phones and scheduling appointments.

If you think you would be a great match for our team, I’m interested in talking with you! A working interview and initial evaluation period are required. Please contact us for further information and to provide a copy of your resume. A clean driving record is a must. Applicants must be licensed.
