Our NH Home Inspectors work for you

You have invested a lot of time, energy, and patience finding the right home – now it’s time to make sure you find a knowledgeable and trustworthy NH home inspector to answer your questions and provide an unbiased assessment of the condition of the property.

Your home is an extremely complex machine. Being a Certified Professional Inspector requires extensive knowledge and training of how the systems within your home work together to manage heat, air and moisture.

Our home inspectors represent the house. It’s their job to examine your home not only from a safety standpoint, but also from a building science perspective to provide you with an independent, third party evaluation of the building’s condition.

What to Expect During Your Inspection

Your home inspection is a high-tech hands-on, visual evaluation of the elements and systems within your home. We encourage you to be in attendance so that we can effectively help you understand the systems in the home. We’ll answer your questions, explain any issues we may come across during the inspection, and help determine what to expect for regular maintenance in the months and years ahead. We take many pictures along the way which will be integrated into a comprehensive written report to document our findings, along with any recommendations and maintenance tips.

Your report will be provided electronically to you, within 24 hours in most cases. We will also provide you with a copy of Nick Gromicko’s “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection” book and more.

Advice from the Pros

Don’t shop for a home inspection based on price! In this industry, you get what you pay for. We all want to make sure we are getting the most value; however, make sure you’re working with an inspector that is reputable, experienced, and most importantly, someone you are comfortable with.
