We are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and closely rely on information from the CDC and World Health Organization for best practices and protective measures for our clients, our own families and our work family. To help reduce the possible spread of COVID-19 and to continue to assist as many clients as possible, we wanted to share the latest updates on our current safeguards.
As per recommendations from the CDC and State of NH, consider NOT attending the inspection. If you do choose to attend the inspection, please limit the number of people in attendance to no more than two. We reserve the right to ask additional parties to leave. We do require you wear a mask at all times when in the house, or you will be asked to wait outside. We also request that you give your inspector(s) ample space to perform his or her job.
We ask agents on the listing side of the transaction to stay in close communication with the sellers and to let all involved parties know if current occupants develop any signs of illness. We are happy to re-schedule to a later date. We are also requesting current occupants leave the house.
We appreciate your cooperation as the situation continues to unfold.
We utilize the most advanced home inspection software to create your comprehensive inspection report. Our findings are displayed in a format that is easy to read and understand. Once your report is complete, it is uploaded to our website where you can view, print and share it with anyone you like.
One of the most helpful features is the “Create Request List” (CRL) feature where you can create a repair list to share with the sellers or your contractor. Watch the video to see how it works.
