Mark Chaisson inspected the condo I bought in June of 2019. He noticed the electrical panel was a Federal Pacific that was know to have performance and safety issues. We made the sale contingent on having it replaced which was done prior to closing. Today, in the mail I received a notice from the condo association that all Federal Pacific panels need to be replaced by June 2020. Thanks Mark! You saved me
some money! I think more than I paid for the inspection itself.

You get what you pay for sometimes- Nick’s expertise and friendly advice is easily worth many times what you pay for it. I’ve used a number of home inspectors but Nick is the most knowledgable about all the systems in a home. He is super friendly and took a lot of extra time to show me things during his inspection that will help me maintain the home later. He was also very prompt in returning calls, showing up on time, and providing a comprehensive report to me via email just hours after the inspection. I won’t need to shop around the next time I need a home inspection. Nick from Premier is our guy.
