Nick, I wanted to follow up on yesterdays courses and give you feedback. They were FANTASTIC! The live thermal imaging demonstration was great, and both courses were incredibly informative, especially taking them one after the other. Thank you for taking the time to offer the courses, it is appreciated!

You get what you pay for sometimes- Nick’s expertise and friendly advice is easily worth many times what you pay for it. I’ve used a number of home inspectors but Nick is the most knowledgable about all the systems in a home. He is super friendly and took a lot of extra time to show me things during his inspection that will help me maintain the home later. He was also very prompt in returning calls, showing up on time, and providing a comprehensive report to me via email just hours after the inspection. I won’t need to shop around the next time I need a home inspection. Nick from Premier is our guy.

Thank you very much for these reports and the general inspection report, put together so quickly! It feels a bit overwhelming, especially this being my first house, but it is nice to see that all the apparent issues are fairly minor. Having a list of them at the end is very convenient.

Nick, thank you for your thorough inspection and taking the time to explain things to me. The report was very clear. I was dreading how I would share the things I wanted fixed from the report without sharing the whole report and then I realized I could go through the summary and create a specific report with my comments. That is a wonderful feature and very helpful to be able to quickly get my thoughts back to the realtors and seller. Thanks again.
