Nick is a Certified Master Inspector (CMI)® and is Board-Certified by the Master Inspector Certification Board. Being 1 of only 14 inspectors to have this designation in the State of NH, you can be sure we are experienced, dedicated to education, and have a proven record in the industry. He is also a NACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® and has performed thousands of home inspections in Southern and Central NH. He is also certified by the state to offer continuing education courses to Realtors and teaches the State’s only in-person home inspector training course at Manchester Community College.

More about Nick
A New Hampshire native, Nick resides in Brookline, NH with his wife Cheryl.
Nick’s diverse background in retail management, commercial and residential construction, and automotive service help him develop a good rapport with customers. A real estate appraiser introduced Nick to the idea of home inspection during a random conversation in 2012, and he immediately knew the profession would be a perfect fit. He hasn’t looked back since.
When not working on home improvement projects, he enjoys mountain biking, camping, and exploring back roads in their Jeep. Nick earned his pilot wings in 2006 in an effort to overcome his fear of flying. He has logged 260 successful take-offs, and 259 successful landings.
