A New Hampshire native, Nick resides in Brookline, NH with his wife Cheryl, and a house full of pets.
Nick’s diverse background in retail management, commercial and residential construction, and automotive service help him develop a good rapport with customers. A real estate appraiser introduced Nick to the idea of home inspection during a random conversation in 2012, and he immediately knew the profession would be a perfect fit. He hasn’t looked back since.
Nick is both a NACHI Certified Professional Inspector and ASHI Certified Inspector and has performed hundreds of home inspections in Southern and Central NH. Being certified in both organizations means he takes great pride in ongoing education. He is also certified by the state to offer continuing education courses to Realtors.
When not working on home improvement projects, he enjoys playing volleyball, kayaking, and camping. Nick earned his pilot wings in 2006 in an effort to overcome his fear of flying. He has logged 260 successful take-offs, and 259 successful landings.

Raised in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, Jim recently returned home to be closer to his family. Jim has a wealth of experience in the contracting industry and is eager to help you understand how your home functions. After years of running a successful remodeling company in Texas where he worked closely with Realtors, home buyers, sellers, and even other home inspectors, he naturally progressed into the home inspection field.
Jim is a Certified Professional Inspector through the National Association of Certified Inspectors, which means he goes above and beyond the state standard of Inspectors.
Jim is also an Air Force veteran. After leaving the service he spent most of his professional career in private aircraft sales where he learned the value of outstanding customer service. Jim is also a pilot with nearly 7,200 hours of flight experience.
A “car guy” to the core, Jim enjoys spending his free time fixing, modifying and racing Subarus. Jim and his wife, Linda, reside in Alton Bay with their cat and two dogs.

Jennifer joined the team in September, 2015. Her background as an administrative assistant for a local optometrist, combined with an exceptional work ethic and charismatic personality compliments the team very nicely. Most days you will find her out in the field with Nick, snapping pictures and helping the inspection process flow smoothly. However, she is also responsible for many of the administrative tasks behind-the-scenes that keep us running like a well-oiled machine.
Jennifer resides in Milford with her family and enjoys reading, playing the piano, and various outdoor activities. She is also learning American Sign Language (ASL)!

Following years of owning a small business and varied roles in client care and customer service, Tracey comes to us with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a genuine desire and happiness to help people.
Tracey’s most treasured role has been “Mom” to her children, which is now shared with her role as “Nana” to her grandson (and the one on the way ~ and all the other grandchildren she hopes to be blessed with!). She is happiest when cooking for and spending time with her family. She is also passionate about gardening, crafting and spending time at the beach.
Tracey is a 20+ year resident of Mont Vernon, living there with her husband and as many pets/farm animals as he will let her have.
