Being 1 of only 15 active inspectors to have this designation in the State of NH, you can be sure we are experienced, dedicated to education, and have a proven record in the industry. He is also a NACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® and has performed thousands of home inspections in Southern and Central NH. He is also certified by the state to offer continuing education courses to Realtors and previously taught the State’s only in-person home inspector training course.

Meet Nick
A proud New Hampshire native, Nick Jette lives in Brookline, NH with his wife, Cheryl, and brings his local knowledge and genuine passion for helping homeowners to every inspection he performs.
Nick’s diverse background in retail management, commercial and residential construction, and automotive service gives him a unique perspective as a home inspector. He’s known for building strong rapport with clients and explaining even the most technical findings in a clear, down-to-earth way.
His journey into home inspection began back in 2012, when a casual conversation with a real estate appraiser sparked an idea that instantly felt like the perfect fit. Since that day, Nick has become one of the most trusted NH Home Inspectors, dedicated to helping New Hampshire homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents make informed decisions with confidence.
When he’s not inspecting homes, you can find Nick working on home improvement projects, mountain biking, camping, or exploring the back roads of New Hampshire in his Jeep.
Fun fact: Nick earned his pilot wings in 2006 to conquer his fear of flying. With 260 takeoffs and 259 landings so far, he considers that a pretty solid success rate.

Meet Cheryl Donnell—or as many may know her, Dr. Donnell, a veterinarian who’s brought her scientific eye and precision to the home inspection world. For more than a decade, she’s been quietly supporting her husband, Nick, behind the scenes at Premier Home Inspection.
What began as a supportive role has evolved into a full-time mission. Cheryl now manages scheduling and logistics while also joining Nick in the field—coordinating jobs, assisting with inspections, and ensuring every project runs seamlessly.
She’s currently working toward certifications in radon testing, lead testing, and mold testing—a natural transition that builds on her scientific background and meticulous attention to detail.
Cheryl’s blend of organization, technical expertise, and hands-on field experience makes her the perfect co-pilot to Nick’s front-line work. She’s not behind the scenes anymore—she’s helping lead the way forward.
