Nick came out and inspected a property for me. He was very professional and walked through the entire property with me explaining in detail all potential/existing problems. Thermal Imaging identified leaks/moisture very clearly and confirmed that the heating system/hot water were working effectively. In addition, the team at Premier coordinated a septic inspection for me as well.
