These are just a few of the many qualities that describe what real estate professionals stand for. We have provided a section just for YOU! Your reputation is your most valuable asset. Your clients rely on you to guide them through a complicated and often stressful process of buying a home.
As a Southern or Central NH Real Estate Professional you want your buyers happy long after the closing by encouraging them to use a Certified Professional Home Inspector. We all know the professionals we refer along the way are a reflection back on us. You’ve found them a great home – refer them to a great inspector.
Why can you trust Premier Home Inspections Services, LLC? Our inspector’s experience, training and professionalism will deliver the information to meet your client’s needs.
We work with you, for your client, to represent the house as accurately as possible. It’s our job to provide an unbiased third party evaluation of all the systems within the home and we work hard to help your client (and YOU) through the entire process. It is our goal to serve our clients as a valuable resource long after you have left the closing table. Remember- we didn’t name the company Premier just to sound prominent. We are a proven leader in the NH Home Inspection Industry.
All of our inspectors are Certified Master Inspectors and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspectors. All InterNACHI inspectors have to pass InterNACHI’s Inspector Exam every year, complete an Ethics Obstacle Course, meet the continuing education requirements (20+ hours/year), and we also have 24/7 access to advisory boards.
We are also proud that Nick is an ASHI Certified Inspector. These certification requirements are similar to the NACHI certification, but can only be obtained when a qualified inspector has completed more than 250 paid home inspections. A number of reports are chosen at random each year and thoroughly reviewed by the ASHI advisory boards to ensure we meet or exceed the standards set in the industry. This organization is a familiar name to many that have been in the industry for some time; however, it is dissipating rapidly, therefore our other inspectors are not maintaining their membership requirements.
What other opportunities do we have for NH Real Estate Professionals?
We strongly believe in education and always making room for growth. Nick is approved by the State of NH to give continuing education accreditation on the below topics. We will be working to add more to the list but in the meantime if there is one that interests you please give us a call or email us, for scheduling.
