I highly recommend Premier for getting a home inspection. Nick was thoughtful, knowledgeable and took his time to cover every nook and cranny of a property I was interested in. I will 100% be using Premier again next time I am on the market.

You get what you pay for sometimes- Nick’s expertise and friendly advice is easily worth many times what you pay for it. I’ve used a number of home inspectors but Nick is the most knowledgable about all the systems in a home. He is super friendly and took a lot of extra time to show me things during his inspection that will help me maintain the home later. He was also very prompt in returning calls, showing up on time, and providing a comprehensive report to me via email just hours after the inspection. I won’t need to shop around the next time I need a home inspection. Nick from Premier is our guy.
