Hey Nick, I hope all is well! It’s been a few years now since you performed the home inspection at our home in Merrimack. We’ve just closed on the sale of that home and are in the process of buying a new home. Unfortunately for our desires to find an equivalent home inspection service like yours, we’re moving to the Cape.
I’m reaching out to you to see if you happen to have anyone on the Cape that you would recommend. Of course if you have plans to be on cape within the next couple of weeks and want a break from the beach, we would be delighted to have you inspect the home haha. In all honesty, the service you provided was and is unparalleled. We’ve shown your inspection report to many folks and they’ve all been blown away by the detail. You get what you pay for sometimes- Nick’s expertise and friendly advice is easily worth many times what you pay for it. I’ve used a number of home inspectors but Nick is the most knowledgable about all the systems in a home.
