In November of 2020, our office suffered a devastating flood. Of course, it was the Home Inspector’s water heater that ruptured and destroyed half of the building. Ironic, right!? As if remodeling wasn’t enough of a challenge, we had to remodel during the pandemic. But now we are back and better than ever as we kick off our 10-year anniversary!

You get what you pay for sometimes- Nick’s expertise and friendly advice is easily worth many times what you pay for it. I’ve used a number of home inspectors but Nick is the most knowledgable about all the systems in a home. He is super friendly and took a lot of extra time to show me things during his inspection that will help me maintain the home later. He was also very prompt in returning calls, showing up on time, and providing a comprehensive report to me via email just hours after the inspection.
