Nick came out and inspected a property for me. He was very professional and walked through the entire property with me explaining in detail all potential/existing problems. Thermal Imaging identified leaks/moisture very clearly and confirmed that the heating system/hot water were working effectively. In addition, the team at Premier coordinated a septic inspection for me as well. You get what you pay for sometimes- Nick’s expertise and friendly advice is easily worth many times what you pay for it. I’ve used a number of home inspectors but Nick is the most knowledgable about all the systems in a home. He is super friendly and took a lot of extra time to show me things during his inspection that will help me maintain the home later. He was also very prompt in returning calls, showing up on time, and providing a comprehensive report to me via email just hours after the inspection.
