Nick was prompt, actually early for our home inspection. He spent a good deal of time looking over various home components and if I had questions, he explained them to me in a way I could understand as I am not overly knowledgeable about most home components and systems. After receiving the home inspection report, it was very extensive and explained his findings. Nick also re-inspected several items that were repaired after the home seller reviewed the report.

You get what you pay for sometimes- Nick’s expertise and friendly advice is easily worth many times what you pay for it. I’ve used a number of home inspectors but Nick is the most knowledgable about all the systems in a home. He is super friendly and took a lot of extra time to show me things during his inspection that will help me maintain the home later. He was also very prompt in returning calls, showing up on time, and providing a comprehensive report to me via email just hours after the inspection. I won’t need to shop around the next time I need a home inspection. Nick from Premier is our guy.
