Just wanted to send a quick thank you message. About a month ago we had a home inspection done by Jim Sherman. He did an excellent job with the inspection. He had alerted us to a possible leak in our
upstairs bathtub through use of his thermal camera and moisture detector. Have plumbers at the house today (Squam Lakes Plumbing) who are currently repairing the leak Jim found. This has probably saved us from having to tear out and repair the downstairs ceiling. Thanks again, and we won’t hesitate to recommend our guys!

Hi Tracey, I just wanted to first let you know, that we were beyond impressed with the details provided by Nick’s inspection yesterday, it is much appreciated and let us know a lot of issues with the house we were trying to buy that we had no clue about. Also, Nick gave us a binder and in that binder it had some companies listed to contact for estimates. Unfortunately, the binder is at home but I was wondering if you happened to have any contact info for someone who would be able to provide an estimate on fixing the foundation on the home we are looking into. You get what you pay for sometimes- Nick’s expertise and friendly advice is easily worth many times what you pay for it. I’ve used a number of home inspectors but Nick is the most knowledgable about all the systems in a home. He is super friendly and took a lot of extra time to show me things during his inspection that will help me maintain the home later.
