It was a great experience from start to finish and I didn’t feel like Nick left anything out. As a first time home buyer, he really made sure to hit all the talking points and more. On-site Inspection Review: -Nick was there early with his assistant already inspecting the home. -Thorough in finding faults/issues but within the home. -He always provided his feedback and reasoning for his findings during the inspection. -Answered any and every question I had about things we found or discovered. -Very easy to talk to about any concerns I saw or found within the home. -Gave suggestions as to what to do with certain issues we found and who to go to for further help with them. -During the conclusion of the inspection I got a binder with tips for home pet safety, businesses in the area that could assist me with any home issue in the future, seasonal maintenance sheets for the years to come, and small book which further explains what to do after the inspection is completed (it also explained further best practices and how things should be setup in the home, from plumbing to drainage etc. at a basic level). Final Inspection Report: -It was a positively lengthy report, about 102 pages. -Contained everything he pointed out to me during the inspection. -Plenty of pictures to include the thermal pictures as well. -If needed certain pictures had arrows pointing to the faults so they were easier to see and find. -Provided relevant pictures to show how certain areas should have looked like instead. This was useful in highlighting the extent of the problem found. -Very timely! I was impressed that we finished the inspection at 12:30PM and then received an email [that evening] with the inspection report finalized. Overall, I am impressed by the Premier Home Inspection team and would recommend them to anyone out there needing a home inspection! Professional service, never felt rushed, and thorough work from start to finish! Thanks Premier! Nick you were great!

You get what you pay for sometimes- Nick’s expertise and friendly advice is easily worth many times what you pay for it. I’ve used a number of home inspectors but Nick is the most knowledgable about all the systems in a home. He is super friendly and took a lot of extra time to show me things during his inspection that will help me maintain the home later. He was also very prompt in returning calls, showing up on time, and providing a comprehensive report to me via email just hours after the inspection. I won’t need to shop around the next time I need a home inspection. Nick from Premier is our guy.
