If you own a home in New Hampshire, there’s a decent chance you’ve either: found mold, smelled mold, or are currently pretending that stain might just be dirt. Between humid summers, snowy winters, spring melt, and basements that double as science experiments, mold is practically a seasonal resident in NH homes. The good news? Mold… Read More »

You get what you pay for sometimes- Nick’s expertise and friendly advice is easily worth many times what you pay for it. I’ve used a number of home inspectors but Nick is the most knowledgable about all the systems in a home. He is super friendly and took a lot of extra time to show me things during his inspection that will help me maintain the home later. He was also very prompt in returning calls, showing up on time, and providing a comprehensive report to me via email just hours after the inspection. I won’t need to shop around the next time I need a home inspection. Nick from Premier is our guy.
”Thank you very much for these reports and the general inspection report, put together so quickly! It feels a bit overwhelming, especially this being my first house, but it is nice to see that all the apparent issues are fairly minor. Having a list of them at the end is very convenient.
”Please let me know if there is anywhere I can leave a review, I loved working with Mark! He is awesome.
”Mark did a wonderful job on this home in Campton. The buyer seemed to really like his expertise and assuredness and knowledge of what to look for. Your company always produces a really great decisive, detailed report and it outshines others. Keep up the great work Premier and Mark!
”E. and I would like to thank you for the thorough inspection that you performed on this home. You are truly a professional in your work. We ultimately decided that this house would not be our best interest. As we continue our search and find another home, we will be reaching out to you for an inspection and hopefully be able to take that house to closing. Thank you again for your attention to details.
”Nick, Thank you for your help at the home site, the education on the workings of my new home and your detailed, comprehensive report!
”Thank you very much for meeting with us yesterday to do our home inspection, and getting these reports over to us so quickly! I will be in touch with any questions we might have! Thanks,
”Nick, thank you for your thorough inspection and taking the time to explain things to me. The report was very clear. I was dreading how I would share the things I wanted fixed from the report without sharing the whole report and then I realized I could go through the summary and create a specific report with my comments. That is a wonderful feature and very helpful to be able to quickly get my thoughts back to the realtors and seller. Thanks again. If I have any other questions, I will get back to you but all looks good right now.
”Thank you! Enjoyed the class and appreciate how hard it was for you to get the certificates emailed.
”Nick, I wanted to follow up on yesterdays courses and give you feedback. They were FANTASTIC! The live thermal imaging demonstration was great, and both courses were incredibly informative, especially taking them one after the other. Thank you for taking the time to offer the courses, it is appreciated!
